The Church
We will be married in a Roman Catholic ceremony on March 10th, at
11:00 a.m. The name of the church is Onze Lieve Vrouw van de
Allerheiligste Rozenkrans (yes, we know it's a mouthful!). It's
a BEAUTIFUL church - with plenty of seating for all (and then some!)
We're lucky because we have family connections with this church -
Rob's uncle, Bert Gering, is a member of the
men's choir which will be
singing at our wedding, and has very kindly offered to sing a solo for
us! And Rob's Aunt Kitty is responsible for the beautiful restoration
of the lovely statues which you'll see on the pillars on either side
of the center aisle. The church is located at Kerkstraat 14, in
Glanerbrug, a small town adjoining Enschede.
Pastor Alink will perform
the ceremony. And this church even has its own website.
